General Information for Candidates

  • To apply for admission in the 1st Semester, candidates must have passed HSSC I or equivalent with at least 45% marks (aggregate) for all other programs. However, 50% marks (aggregate) is the minimum required score for admission to Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, and Food Science and Technology.
  • Candidates awaiting the results of their final semester (ADE/ADS) can apply for admission to the 5th semester based on their previous scores, provided they have passed all earlier semesters with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00.
  • All such admissions will be considered provisional until the provision of the HSSC II Transcript with the desired percentage to enroll in the respective program.
  • If a student fails to achieve the minimum eligibility marks after the final results are declared, her admission will be canceled.
  • Candidates who have a 3rd division in the terminal degree are not eligible to apply for admission in any discipline.

Instructions for Candidates

  • The Admission Form can be (i) downloaded from the University website (www.wus.edu.pk), (ii) filled via the online portal, or (iii) obtained from the Office of the Director Admissions & Student Affairs, Women University Swabi (KPK), Monday to Friday (08:00 am-–04:00 pm).
  • All Admission Forms must be submitted along with a bank challan of Rs. 500 in favour of the Treasurer, Women University Swabi, in UBL Bank-MCA, Account No. 252582075, or an online deposit of the same amount in UBL Bank, Women University Swabi, Account No. 0323-231419453.
  • For each program, a separate form, a complete set of attested documents, along with an original processing fee receipt, will be required.

Admission Requirements for BS Programs

  • The Admission Form can be:
    • (i) Downloaded from the University website (www.wus.edu.pk)
    • (ii) Filled via the online portal
    • (iii) Obtained from the Office of the Director Admissions & Student Affairs, Women University Swabi (KPK), Monday to Friday (08:00 am–04:00 pm)

    • Both SSC/HSSC DMC’s and certificates
    • CNIC or Form B
    • Domicile certificate
    • Migration certificate
    • 03 recent passport-size photographs
    • Character certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended (i.e., College)
    • Original Bank slip of admission fee
    • Undertaking on an A4 paper as per the specimen available on the university website

  • GAT/University Test required
  • Research proposal submission required for PhD
