Admission Overview

Women University Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan is a centre of excellence in higher learning and quality education by providing strong career foundation through highly qualified and experienced academic faculty. The University offers a vast range of financial assistance/scholarships to students and state of art facilities including well-equipped science laboratories, computer labs and libraries. Applications on prescribed admission form are invited from eligible female candidates for admissions in the following degree programs. Foreign female candidates seeking admission in the University shall be required to submit their applications through the Ministry of Education, Government of Pakistan/HEC, Islamabad.

Important Instructions regarding Admission
  • Admission Form is given on this page in the Download Section.Candidates may submit Admission Forms (with scanned copies) of Certificates/DMC’s to the Directorate of Admissions on admissions@wus.edu.pk.
  • In case of any documents found fake or forged at any stage the admission shall stand as cancelled.
  • The University reserves the right to cancel any Scheduled programme or course due to low enrolment or non-availability of faculty.
  • Incomplete forms shall not be entertained and the applicant shall not claim any admission on the basis of incomplete forms.
  • All the applications forms must reach the Admission Office by the last date of admission.
  • Migration Certificate must be submitted within one month of admission.
  • It is for the information of all candidates seeking admission in any discipline in The Women University Swabi that in case any fake document(s) was found at any stage in their record submitted to the university, their admission will be cancelled right away. In such case(s) all the responsibility will lie on the candidate concerned. Therefore, in your own interest you must provide original and fair documents with your application.
  • The soft copy of the prescribed admission form can be downloaded from the official website of the University (www.wus.edu.pk) or can be obtained free of cost from the Directorate of Admission Office, Women University Swabi Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from Monday to Friday (08:00 am to 4:00 pm).
  • All applications must be submitted with a bank challan of Rs. 500 in favor of Treasurer Women University Swabi in UBL Bank-MCA, Account No. 252582075 or an online deposit of the same amount in UBL Bank, Women Univeristy Swabi, Account No.0323- 231419453.
  • The candidates applying for admission in more than one department are required to submit a separate admission form and the original bank receipt along with attested documents for every form.

  • Full Fee (100 %) Refund: within 07 days of the commencement of classes
  • Half Fee (50%) Refund: from 08-15 days of the commencement of classes
  • No Fee (0%) Refund: from 16 days onwards of the commencement of classes.
